    Registration fees include : Accommodation from Monday evening to Friday morning in a single room/ Meals from Monday dinner to Friday lunch. Meals and gala evening included. Conferences/breaks/poster sessions - social events on Wednesday afternoon.
    Due to the Covid situation, all accomodations will be in single mode except for accompanying person or couple.

    Shuttles are organized to join the AZUREVA Center departing from the closest main train stations. Please indicate if you will need to use this service, or not. ( free service).

  • Cancellation policy

    • Cancellation before March 30, 2022 included, registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of 50€ 
    • Cancellation between April 1st and April 30, 2022 included, registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of 120€. 
    • No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 30, 2022.
